Shipping Policy

We take great care in packaging and shipping our handmade ceramic potato buddies to ensure they arrive safely to your desk, aquarium, garden, or home. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your order weight and location. Adoptions will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Refunds

If your Poot arrives damaged or there’s been a mix-up, please reach out to us at pootceramics@gmail.com. Whether it’s a refund, a remake, or something else, we’ll chat and find the best solution for you and your buddy.

Are the Poots on Goods Food Safe? Dishwasher Safe? Microwave Safe? 

Yes! All our pieces are food, dishwasher, and microwave safe! 

Do you have international shipping?

Yes! We currently offer international shipping to select countries, including Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand, and Germany.

International delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination:

• First-Class International: approximately 1–4 weeks
• Priority Mail International: approximately 6–12 business days

    • Depending on your country, you may need to pay customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other fees when your order arrives. These fees are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refunds & Returns

    • All international sales are final and we do not offer refunds or returns for international orders.

Are the Poots aquarium safe? 

Yes! Poots get along well with underwater fish friends! All pieces are glazed with lead-free, food-safe glazes.
