Thank you for your interest in a custom Poot! Below are the terms and conditions for all custom ceramic orders. Please read carefully before placing your order.
1. Custom Order Process

All custom pieces are made by hand and begin only after we've messaged you back and we've both agreed to continue with the customization.

Custom orders are discussed and approved through email or direct message. Once confirmed, no major design changes can be made.

Each piece is handmade— slight variations in color, texture, or shape are part of the handmade process and make every Poot one of a kind.
2. Timeline

Custom orders generally take 3-5 weeks to complete, depending on kiln schedules and workload.

This timeframe may vary based on the complexity of the piece or production delays (like glaze testing or kiln issues). You’ll be updated if timing changes.
3. Payment

Full payment is received after you've confirmed the final Poot

Custom orders are non-refundable.

Prices are quoted individually based on design and size.

Custom order payments can be done with credit card, debit card, Venmo, and Zelle
4. Artistic Rights

Poot Ceramics retains the right to photograph and share all custom works for our portfolio, website, and social media.

We may recreate or adapt custom designs for future use unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
